The form collects your name, company, phone, email, state and business type, plus the number of locations you run, your message and whether you want Kumi 6 news. It also asks you to confirm you are 21 or older.

We use this to reply to you and to open or manage a wholesale account.

Your inquiry goes to the Kumi 6 sales team, either directly from the form or as a prefilled email that you send from your own email app.

When you answer, your browser saves your answer with the date and time on your device. After 30 days for a yes, or 24 hours for a no, the site asks again. Your answer is not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If you use Pause motion, your browser keeps that choice on your device until the tab closes. The company that hosts it may keep routine request logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.
