Outside Mississippi’s ENDS directory.
The Mississippi Department of Revenue says “nicotine free vapor products” do not meet the definition of an ENDS product and “are not required to be certified to be sold in Mississippi.”
NoNic6 is 6-methylnicotine, a nicotine analog. Non-nicotine does not mean risk-free. NoNic6 may be addictive and acutely toxic.

The proof.
Open document Nicotine free vapor products do not meet the definition of an “ENDS Product” as defined in Miss. Code Ann. Section 75-102-1 and are not required to be certified to be sold in Mississippi. The retail sale of these products is subject to sales tax and local taxes regardless of nicotine content.
“ENDS products” are defined as any noncombustible product that employs a heating element, power source, electronic circuit, or other electronic, chemical, or mechanical means, regardless of shape or size, to produce vapor from nicotine in a solution; includes a consumable nicotine liquid solution suitable for use in an ENDS product, whether sold with the product or separately; and does not include any product regulated as a drug or device under Chapter V of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 USC Section 351 et seq.).
