Kentucky
Outside Kentucky’s PMTA rule.
SB 100 imposes PMTA certification on “nicotine vapor products,” so non-nicotine products like Kumi 6 are not subject to it.
NoNic6 is 6-methylnicotine, a nicotine analog. Non-nicotine does not mean risk-free. NoNic6 may be addictive and acutely toxic.

“That is why we are asking if there are any requirements from the ABC on products containing 6 Methyl?”
The agency’s answer, April 24, 2025
No requirements from ABC. I can’t speak to any other regulatory requirements.
There is no “vape directory” or registry.
ABC does not permit or approve (or register) any vapor product.
SB 100 only imposes PMTA certification requirement on “nicotine vapor products.” Therefore, zero-nicotine (like Kumi6) vapor products are not subject to Kentucky’s PMTA certification requirement.
A retailer of nicotine vapor products containing nicotine shall only sell authorized nicotine vapor products.
